Elephic Design will make reasonable revisions as per the agreed scope of work. Once a final design is approved by the client, Elephic Design bears no responsibility for any errors, including spelling, color, or layout issues that were present in the approved proof. For printing orders, slight color variations may occur due to differences between screen displays and physical print output, which is standard in the printing industry.

5. Payments

All prices listed or quoted by Elephic Design are in the applicable local currency and are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment or an agreed advance is required before commencement of any project or printing order. Elephic Design reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice, though confirmed orders will not be subject to price changes after acceptance.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested before the design or production process has commenced. Once a design project has been initiated or a print order has been processed, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds will not be applicable. Digital design files that have been delivered to the client are non-refundable. In the case of a printing defect or error caused solely by Elephic Design, we will offer a reprint or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
